Pricing Terms and Conditions
Universities
DVDs purchased at the University sale price may be used by a college, university, or academic organization in an academic/classroom setting as part of a face-to-face instructional experience, or as part of an educational institution's library catalog, and may be kept in the institution's library and loaned out to patrons of said library an unlimited number of times.
Libraries/Non-Profits and Grassroots Organizations
DVDs purchased at the Library/Non-Profit sale price may be used by a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, a community college, or a public library as part of a public or private screening for which no admission (including "suggested donations") may be charged. Please see our Community Screening option if you plan to host a ticketed screening.
If you qualify for tax exemption, please contact us at the time of purchase to present documentation of 501(c)(3) status. Please note that community colleges, junior colleges, and adult continuing education programs qualify for non-profit pricing. Large Academic Institutions with 501(c)(3) status fall under the University pricing.
K-12 Sales
Films purchased at the K-12 sale price may be used in an academic/classroom setting or as part of a K-12 school library catalog.
Community Screenings
Films purchased for a Community Screening may be shown at a one-time community event. You may charge admissions or ask for donations and keep the proceeds for your organization. DVD must be returned after your event.
House Party Sales
Films purchased for House Parties may be used by an individual in a private home setting with fewer than 25 people. Not in the context of an organizational meeting.
